Foxx Campaign Launches New Website and Social Media Connections

CHARLOTTE, NC— Mayoral Candidate Anthony Foxx launches his new website today, including other social media accounts. This campaign will allow unparallel access and connectivity to the people. The website is located at www.AnthonyFoxx.com.

You may also stay connected to this campaign via a plethora of social media sites including; Facebook, LinkedIn,Twitter, YouTube, Utterli (for audio sharring), Flickr (for photo sharring), Black Planet, MySpace, and Bebo.

Social media sites are updated regularly. The campaign intends to use these networks to not only stay connected with its supporters, but to also open a dialogue about issues facing this city.

Campaign Manager Bruce Clark said, “This campaign will be the most accessible in Charlotte’s history. We will use every communication tool available to make sure that people are connected. This is a two-way dialogue as well, we will not simply be broadcasting we will also be listening. We encourage people to communicate their ideas to us.”

Anthony Foxx is an At-Large Charlotte City Councilman, Attorney, Husband and Father of two children. Foxx was born and raised in Charlotte. Foxx announced his intention to run for Mayor in November. A formal announcement is planned for April 16th.
